Biography
Fred graduated from Wabash College, served in the U S Army from 1968 to 1970, and graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington. Fred has practiced law in Decatur, Indiana, since 1972, except 1999 until 2012 when he was Judge of the Adams Circuit Court. He currently practices real estate, probate, and income taxation law.
